Make a Difference at Colquitt Regional

Volunteers are at the heart of our work at Colquitt Regional Health System. With a giving spirit and desire to connect with others, volunteers are integral to our team and have a positive and lasting impact on patients, staff and community members.

Founded in 1963, Volunteer Services at Colquitt Regional supports the hospital and affiliated clinics. We aim to match you with opportunities that you find personally rewarding, and we provide hands-on training to ensure you feel supported and confident in your role. Whatever your interests, skills or experience, there’s a place for you to make a difference here.

Volunteer Experience

Volunteering at the hospital is a way to give back, to pay it forward and to immerse yourself in the healthcare community. As a volunteer, you have the opportunity to bring comfort and support to patients and their families during challenging times. Whether it’s providing a friendly face, offering a listening ear or assisting with practical tasks, your presence and willingness to lend a helping hand can bring solace and make a significant difference in the hospital experience for our patients and staff.

Based on the nature of patient care, volunteers are carefully screened and placed into appropriate assignments. With safety as our top priority, you will be required to follow the same vaccination requirements and policies that apply to the rest of our team.
