Services

Our skilled geriatric specialists, therapists, counselors and nurses work together to identify and treat and treat you or your loved one’s unique mental health needs in inpatient and outpatient programs.

Our admission screening will determine your needs for inpatient care based on your or your loved one’s history and current symptoms.

In addition to your or your loved one’s current challenges and symptoms, the assessment will include information about your or your loved one’s overall health, illness and treatment (physical and psychiatric), including current medications. Parent and family health histories may also be discussed.

Based on your or your loved one’s comprehensive evaluation, we will design a personalized treatment plan that addresses all unique needs. Treatment may include medication management and individual, family or group therapies.

With a focus on personal challenges and growth, individual therapy will be blended with family therapy, which is focused on family dynamics and communication.

Led by a therapist, group therapy brings together people with similar challenges to share and learn from each other. It can help with coping skills, social skills, dealing with loss and relieving other stresses.

Medications may be part of the treatment plan. In collaboration with you or your loved one’s psychiatrist, we will recommend, prescribe, monitor and adjust medications to ensure the most appropriate medication and dosage for your specific needs, aiming to alleviate symptoms while minimizing side effects.

This collaborative process creates a structured plan for care, resources and support after your or your loved one’s inpatient stay. It will outline follow-up care, medication management, support systems and strategies to manage your symptoms and challenges.

Your or your loved one’s care plan will include our outreach and referral to appropriate outpatient programs and community-based support services. Therapy, support groups and medication management are essential to continued recovery, stability and success.

Caregivers face unique challenges that may increase your risks of stress, fatigue and burnout. Self-care, support groups, respite care and therapy can help ease your stress and improve your quality of life. We can connect you to community resources in addition to the services we offer.

We treat you like family.
