Once your physician has referred you for pain management, you will receive an individualized assessment, personalized plan of care, education and regular follow up appointments as needed.

Colquitt Regional Pain Management Clinic offers the latest techniques and procedures for treating pain, including neurostimulation, radiofrequency ablation, and nucleoplasty.
Dr. Madhipatla received his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences at Rangaraya Medical College in India. He is triple board certified in pain management, anesthesiology, and critical care. He completed his anesthesia residency at the John H. Stronger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago in 2005. He completed a fellowship in pain management at the University of Cincinnati in 2006. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
Powell received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Pre-Med from Valdosta State University and a Master’s degree of Physician Assistant studies from South University. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support from the American Medical Association. She is also certified by the National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants and holds an active Georgia medical board license.

We do accept self-referrals as well, simply fill out the form below and mail or fax it to us. Appointments are available Monday through Friday.
