Annual physicals are the cornerstone of your health. Regular physicals will help us monitor your health, identify changes and make recommendations to keep you healthy and prevent disease.
Regular care for your newborn and child is essential to building a healthy foundation for life. We provide initial weight check visits for newborns, well-child visits, sick visits, immunizations and vaccinations for optimal health and required preschool Ear, Eye and Dental exams (EED).
When you are sick, we work hard to see you the day you call, striving to provide the care you need when you need it and reduce the severity and length of your illness.
Our physicians will monitor and help you manage chronic health conditions such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, COPD, congestive heart failure and asthma. Ongoing support will help you minimize the impact of these issues on your daily life.
Our physicians can provide care and screenings specific to women’s health, including pap smears and clinical breast exams and certain gynecological health concerns.
Preventive measures to keep you healthy include recommended immunizations for flu, tetanus and other vaccines as indicated by your physician, based on your unique health concerns.
We offer several in-office diagnostic tests, including lab work, venipuncture, finger stick blood glucose and hemoglobin testing, hemoglobin A1C testing, rapid testing for flu, COVID-19 and/or strep, urine screening (dip stick) and electrocardiogram (EKG). Analysis of lab work is performed by the Colquitt Regional Laboratory.
