Our skilled staff members are certified in CPR and first aid and receive ongoing education on relevant topics.
Services
We will provide a complimentary in-home assessment to identify your care needs. Our insurance evaluation will verify your coverage for our services.
Our trained and experienced staff provides one-on-one assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) for two or more hours per day, seven days a week. We can assist with personal care, light housekeeping, medical preparation, transportation and errands.
Should you or a loved one need companionship or homemaking assistance to remain at home, short-term or long-term support is available. Our staff can assist with activities of daily living and/or companionship, safety, conversation and keeping you engaged and active as you are able.
Colquitt Regional Private Duty Services is a CCSP provider of this Medicaid waivered program. Qualified participants may be eligible to receive skilled nursing care, personal care or housekeeping services, respite care and/or an emergency response system in the home. An in-home monitoring device is designed to help those who live alone stay at home. The personal “help” button activates your in-home telephone unit and automatically dials Colquitt Regional Health System. Our supervisors respond to the alarm and send assistance.
