Dr. Robert O. Spruill began his family medicine practice on August 1, 2007, as the sole physician at Sterling Group Kirk Clinic. Dr. Spruill, a native of Hoschton in North Georgia, is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his internship and residency at Self Regional Healthcare Center in Greenwood, South Carolina. Dr. Spruill is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice. Dr. Spruill is married and has four beautiful children. During his leisure time, Dr. Spruill enjoys church activities, farming, coaching the Colquitt Christian Academy’s shooting team, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Justin A. Baker joined the Sterling Group Kirk Clinic on May 1, 2008.Dr. Baker, a native of Valdosta, Georgia, is a graduate of Mercer University and the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his general surgery internship at Greenville Hospital Systems in Greenville, South Carolina and he completed his family medicine internship and residency at McLeod Family Medicine in Florence, South Carolina. In 2020 Dr. Baker was appointed to the Hospital Authority of Colquitt County where he serves on the Finance Committee. Dr. Baker is married and has two beautiful children. During his leisure time, he enjoys golfing, family time, travel, exercise, fishing, and hunting.
On August 1, 2011, Dr. Gary W. Swartzentruber joined Sterling Group Kirk Clinic Dr. Swartzentruber is originally from Pennsylvania; he received his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles. He completed a three-year residency at Southwest Georgia Family Medicine Residency Program in Albany, Georgia where he was the chief resident in 2010 through 2011. He also served as resident board director of the Georgia Academy of Family Medicine. Dr. Swartzentruber is Board Certified in Family Medicine, and he is an FAA-designated Aviation Medical Examiner (AME). Dr. Swartzentruber is married and has four beautiful children. During his leisure time, Dr. Swartzentruber enjoys family time, aviation, travel, and Packer & College Football. Dr. Swartzentruber is a proud member of the Colquitt County Packer Sports Medicine Program.
A Georgia native, Dr. Christopher Bazal joined the Kirk Clinic on August 1, 2017. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. He went on to complete his residency with the Southwest Georgia Family Practice Residency in Albany, GA. From 2001-2002, Dr. Bazal served as the Co-Chief Resident. Dr. Bazal is married with five children. When he is not working, he spends his leisure time doing mission work, hiking, and family time.
Sean Sauls, PA-C, joined the Kirk Clinic family alongside Dr. Chris Bazal on August 1, 2017. Before working at the Kirk Clinic, Sean was a Physician’s Assistant for Dr. Bazal for ten years. He received his Master’s Degree in 2005 from South University in Savannah, GA. Sean is married with two children, and he enjoys family time, church activities, and hunting.
Rochelle McCranie, PA-C joined the Kirk Clinic staff in 2018 as a Physician Assistant. Rochelle graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1997 with a degree in Health Sciences/PA Studies. Rochelle is married with two children, and she enjoys family time and traveling.
Christina Lee, FNP-C, joined The Kirk Clinic in 2019 providing care as a Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Nurse Practitioner degree from Walden University and her nursing degree from Valdosta State University. Prior to joining the Kirk Clinic, Christina worked in the Colquitt Regional Emergency Department from 2012-2019. Christina is married with one child, and she enjoys reading, family time, and listening to podcasts.
Megan Oakes, FNP-C, joined The Kirk Clinic in 2022 providing care as a Nurse Practitioner. She obtained both her Nurse Practitioner and Nursing degrees from Georgia Southwestern State University. Megan is married with two children, and she enjoys family time, shopping, baking, and travel.
Ashley Blalock, NP, joined The Kirk Clinic in 2022 providing care as a Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Nurse Practitioner degree from South University and her nursing degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. Ashley is married with two children, and she enjoys pickle ball, reading, audiobooks, and family time.
Stephanie S. Withrow, R.N. joined The Kirk Clinic as Practice Manager on November 4, 2010. Stephanie is a native of Long Island, New York and has resided in Moultrie since 2001. Stephanie received her Associates of Science in Nursing from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, Georgia. Stephanie has experience in OB / Nursery Nursing and Surgical nursing. Stephanie also has over 12 years of management experience. Stephanie is married, has two children, and 4 beautiful grandchildren. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, church activities, sewing, crafting, and volunteer work.
