Prices
- $90 – Initial visit with doctor – Includes complete history, physical exam, exercise plan, prescriptions for one month (if indicated)
- $45 – Follow-up visit with doctor – Includes visit with doctor to assess progress, weight check, prescriptions for one month
Weight Loss Consults for Non-Surgical Weight Loss Procedures
Consultation Price:
- Consultation prices can be billed to some private insurance companies and Medicare if the patient has another qualifying condition.
- If unable to bill to insurance or if the patient is not insured, the consultation visit will cost $90.00 at the time of service.
Procedure Price:
