Dr. Eliran Bracha: Dr. Bracha received his medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his anesthesia residency at Baystate Medical Center where he was chief resident. He also completed a fellowship in pain management at Barnes Jewish Hospital, Washington State University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
Kimberly Powell, PA-C: Powell received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Pre-Med from Valdosta State University and a Master’s degree of Physician Assistant studies from South University. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support from the American Medical Association. She is also certified by the National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants and holds an active Georgia medical board license.

We do accept self-referrals as well, simply fill out the form below and mail or fax it to us. Appointments are available Monday through Friday.
