At Colquitt Regional Health System, we’re committed to transparency and support when it comes to healthcare costs. Whether you’re reviewing your bill or seeking financial assistance, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.

We offer several convenient ways to pay your bill:

  • Online Payment Portal
    • Pay securely online through our Patient Portal.
  • By Phone
    • Call our billing department at 229-890-3450 to make a payment with a credit or debit card. Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • By Mail
    • Send a check or money order to the address listed on your billing statement. Please mail it to:

  • In Person
    • Visit the cashier’s office inside the hospital during regular business hours. Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Your hospital bill may include charges from multiple sources, such as:

  • Facility services (e.g., room charges, equipment, supplies)
  • Physician fees (e.g., radiology, pathology, emergency care)
  • Diagnostic or lab services

You may receive separate bills from specialists involved in your care.

We accept most major insurance providers, Medicare and Georgia Medicaid. Our financial counselors are available to:

  • Verify your coverage
  • Help file for insurance claims
  • Explain any balance due after insurance
  • Answer questions about out-of-network charges
  • If you need help understanding your plan or coverage, just ask our team is here for you.

We believe healthcare should be accessible to everyone, regardless of income. If you’re uninsured or facing financial hardship, you may qualify for assistance.

We offer:

  • Sliding Scale Discounts based on income and household size
  • Charity Care Programs for those who meet financial criteria
  • Payment Plans with no-interest monthly options
  • Assistance Applying for Medicaid or other support programs

Colquitt Regional complies with the No Surprises Act, protecting you from unexpected out-of-network charges for emergency services or services provided at an in-network facility by out-of-network providers.
