The Education department works in conjunction with other Colquitt Regional Medical Center departments to assess and provide for the educational needs of our patients, employees, and our community. Our purpose is to enhance the quality of care provided to citizens of Colquitt County and the surrounding counties through assessment of educational needs and provision of quality education programs.
PATIENT EDUCATION
We provide inpatient and outpatient education on various illnesses and diseases as ordered by the physician.
NURSING EDUCATION
Our Nurse Educator works with directors, physicians, and clinical staff throughout the medical center to identify educational needs and provide programs to meet those needs.
