Concern or Complaint Notification

Colquitt Regional Medical Center strives to provide the best quality care to our patients. If you have a concern about your care, please notify Cathy Beasley at 229-890-3563. Her office hours are 8:30am until 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Please leave a detailed message if there is no answer at this number. She will return your call as soon as possible.

For concerns that you have notified us about and feel that we did not resolve for you, there is another alternative for reporting. The Joint Commission, one of our accrediting programs, has a toll-free hotline to provide patients, their families, caregivers, and others with an opportunity to share concerns regarding quality-of-care or safety issues at accredited health care organizations. The toll-free number is 800-994-6610 and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Staff members are available to answer calls only on weekdays between 8:30am and 5:00pm central standard time.
