Given the unrest so prevalent in our Country today, I wanted to take this opportunity to address you as a vital member of the Colquitt Regional family.
I believe that one of our community’s greatest assets, and one of the things that makes it so special, is the shared belief that we are all stronger together. As I think back over my time here at Colquitt Regional, I can see that diversity has played an instrumental role in our growth and many achievements. While we all strive to find the commonalities between us, it’s important to remember that our diverse perspectives and beliefs continue to add great value to Colquitt Regional and give us hope for a better tomorrow.
An organization thrives when it embraces diversity, acknowledges and addresses oppressive conduct, and makes decisions that empower everyone. We are only as strong as we are united. After all, our diverse workforce is what makes our hospital exceptional. We are hopeful that you will join us as we seek to understand one another, respect one another, and be part of the solution.
